2-10 minutes (quick dip in water at 1 minute to prevent cracking for thin rings)
Melting point of silver
93% purity: 919 °C
95% purity: 910 °C

Two types of production

  2. Casting, normal cooling
    7-15 minutes
    Single-piece baking at 750 degrees Celsius
    15 minutes, then quench in cold water
    Assemble the housing
    Spring baking at 350 degrees Celsius
    10-25 minutes, then quench in normal water or air blow
