Flask Leakage Detection

The OMC 88 M2 casting machine (and all models from Old Moon) features a unique and essential capability not found in other casting machines: the Flask Leakage Detection system. This feature tests and detects any leakage in the flask before the casting process begins (before pouring molten metal into the flask). This helps prevent molten metal leaks in the casting chamber, which could cause damage to the machine and lead to costly repairs. Moreover, it prevents the loss of valuable metals.
