- GPM 101 grain producing machine is a very easy way to prepare grain metal for jewelry casting process.
- It helps to improve purity of metal which every caster knows that it is a very important factor to improve jewelry pieces quality.
- Metal will be melt under nitrogen atmosphere at high temperature using 10 KW medium frequency induction heating system.
- GPM 101 is controlled by PLC which is highly reliable and easy to operate.
- After setting the temperature, push the “START” button and wait until the temperature of metal reach the setting value. Then push the “STOPPER UP” button, the molten metal will drop into circulating water tank which is covered by nitrogen gas. The molten metal will cool down and transform into the purified grain metal.
